Description

This wonderful and HUGE cartoon by Sweigert most likely appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, circa 1932. The cartooning style is really bold, similar in nature to F.G. Cooper's cartoon work. My favorite section of this is the pencil sharpener that creates new pencils as it sharpens old ones.
