Description

A stunning, insanely detailed Aliens poster art by Mark Nelson, the artist for Dark Horse Comics mini-series based on the famous James Cameron movie franchise. Hard to imagine a better, more iconic image of the Alien Xenomorph. Published again in 2019 as the cover for the Aliens 30th Anniversary collection. This Mark Nelson masterpiece is now a classic and my #1 prize from the last Heritage Signature auction...In online space, did anyone hear me scream? ;-o

Meticulously executed in pen, ink and duotone in monstrous scale (16x20) with unworldly details in the stars, ship machinery and the fantastic Alien figure.

As the previous owner of this masterpiece I can assure those that haven't seen it in person that no reproduction can do it justice... it's even more impressive in person than it is here. Congrats to you on acquiring this beauty, and thanks for helping in my re-education!

Going to miss seeing this in person from my buddy Jonathan's collection. It truly was a sight to behold. In hindsight, I probably should have accepted when he offered it to me before the auction. But I'm happy it raised a nice sum of money for him and also found a good home. Congratulations and enjoy looking at it every day.
