DescriptionSometimes you see a page and you pass on it.Sometimes that page has The Fantastic Four with short-term member Medusa fighting alongside a 1950's style motorcycle gang (equipped with flying motorcycles) based off of Marlon Brando's movie "The Wild One" squaring off against a giant King Kong with Sputnik as a head taken directly from the 1953 film "The Robot Monster" and it haunts your waking moments that you didn't get it in the first place. Sometimes you get a second chance and you make sure you take it. Social/Sharing |

Good move that you passed on this the first time around. Sorry to hear you lost an arm the second time around.

I love second chances that produce results like this. A wondorous splash to behold.

It wouldn't hurt to start getting my "flipping" legs in shape too at this point.

Sometimes doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, BOOM!

"The Robot Monster" may have been worthy of a Golden Turkey Award, but this splash definitely does not lay an egg. I really like the detail in the lower left-hand corner, and how Joe inked the Thing. Congrats on a very nice and memorable splash Steve!

The logo is a very nice quality modern day replacement, affixed to the board with acid free glue that can be removed from the board.

That's a fantastic splash page. Love the big action going on but there is still enough of each hero to see clearly.
Congrats!
