Description

Here we have the Donna Troy of Earth-27B, or rather, Donna Begay.

Donna is a reincarnation of Etain, the Goddess of Irish Sovereignty from Celtic mythology. Because Etain has a massively complex series of reincarnations it made sense to tie her in with Donna Troy due to the mess DC made of her backstory.

Etain's a member of the Justice Syndicate and the wife of Blazing Bow. Together Roy and Donna had a baby girl named Phoebe, and Lian sees Donna as her mom. Donna's parents weren't thrilled about any of this, her being a superhero, her marrying an "Indian" and not having another a Catholic wedding. They're still miffed about Donna divorcing her ex-husband Colin, who was the son of their close friends. Donna has repeatedly explained she divorced Colin because she felt pressured into the marriage by her parents and because he was so smothering and clingy.

Donna can draw on abilities from her past lives and has a natural rapport with animals. Even though the original Etain represented the sun, the fact her garb suggests a moon connection implies she's going through a cycle of change.

One of her enemies is Viva La Vogue, a counterpart of Dark Angel who is a professional fashion model and witch. Donna's encountered her through her work as a photographer.

The outfit is based off a design of Etain from Rejected Princesses, used with permission from the artist.
