Got lucky when I caught Jeff at WWLA 2004 because he was just packing up but was nice enough to do me this Mr. Rictus before he left. I found out later that he wasn't doing anymore sketches at DC because he was going to be helping out at CBLDF taking donations for sketches over there. I went over there later and donated money anyways and he remembered that I already got a sketch from him so he was quite happy.
