Description

This was a sort-of design commission featuring Phoebe Begay. On 27B, Phoebe's the daughter of Blazing Bow and Etain, making her Sunbeam's half-sister (not that the Begays care about that). I decided it made sense to base her appearance off Lian from "Young Justice," while also giving her a moon motif opposite Sunbeam. "Phoebe" refers to one of the Titans of Myth and Donna Troy's moon symbolism.

This also features a nod to Roy and Lian's ongoing debate over who is the best of Earth-49's various Justice teams. What neither realize is eventually, Phoebe will pick the Justice Clowns.
