Flower remarque by Lily Williams

      Lily Williams is an author and illustrator. The Oakland native attended California College of the Arts and created the thesis film FINconceivable about sharks. While working at Sony Animation, she started working on the book If Sharks Disappeared from Roaring Brook Press. The picture book was followed by If Polar Bears Disappeared and If Elephants Disappeared. First Second Press is releasing her graphic novel Go with the Flow in January 2020. For the inaugural LightBox Expo in Pasadena, California, Victoria Ying decided to offer Grab Bags for Change as a charity fundraiser. Lily contributed to her friend's grab bags and sold them at the event when Victoria could not attend. I bought several grab bags and came away with Lily's Calla 2015 sketchbook.
