Cranboyz 2019: Image United

When starting this portfolio, I wanted to make sure I included the instructor who trained the very first team of Stormwatch members: Marc Slayton, Backlash. Originally a member of Team 7, Slayton was responsible for training the initial wave of Stormwatch recruits, including Battalion, Flashpoint, Nautika, and many more. A few years back, my friend Shane Simek commissioned a Grifter sketch from classic Wildstorm artist Carlos D'Anda. It was that piece that inspired me to reach out to Carlos with this request. This commission was one of the most important pieces in my plan, so I was very happy to work it out with Carlos and add it to my collection!
