Description

Having been a big fan of Clara’s work, I was ecstatic to hear that she was working on a Poison Ivy.

I got to see it long before it ever was available for sale, and for full transparency, it didn’t really resonate with me. My biggest initial disappointment with it was that it seemed to be lacking. I was expecting to see Ivy surrounded by plants, etc. I decided then that it just wasn’t for me.

Soon after, I kept looking at it. I’d look at it for a bit every single day, and I kept thinking about it and I kept picturing it in my head; a ghostly imagine if a beautiful redhead, just waiting.. almost as if I myself was poisoned. I had to have it.

Must a sight in person, Alex. I like that it’s kind of complex and simple at the same time. The elegance and seeming ease it took to convey that belies the skill involved. I can see why you decided on picking it up. Congrats!
