Amra The Lion had this piece for many years and I always had my eye on it.

Watercolor on Bristol - size of viewable area is approx 13x20 and framed larger.

I love the way you can see the previous movement of Smaug settling in though the delicate nuances of his smokey exhalations!   Brilliant!

Not jealous, nope, not even a little bit. I have wanted this for quite some time too but it came up for sale at a bad time. Congrats on a great piece, and a killer frame.
