Detective Comics (Vol. 1) 1005 Original Cover Art

Detective Comics #1005 (August 2019) original cover art for the finale of the Arkham Knight arc. After the milestone 1000 issue which introduced the Arkham Knight to the main Batman continuity, the next arc of 5 Detective books featured Arkham Knight as the primary villain with Brad Walker and Drew Hennessy handling the art duties. The cover to the fifth and final book, issue 1005, "Medieval: Savage Sun", features the Dark Knight and the Arkham Knight facing off again in an epic battle. This fabulous cover showcases pencils by Brad Walker and inks by Andrew Hennessy, done on standard 11" X 17" art board.
