The level of detail in this piece is incredible
the cross hatching a master piece
even the blank spaces feel organic complement of the whole page...

Always love well-crafted images of Namor like this where he is full-on noble, somber and steely. Chris Stevens rocks!

Perfectly said Paul: Chris Stevens rocks! Details of this cover are totally cool. The inks are superb, detailed and precise. The underworld sea surrounding the Sub-Mariner gives the feeling of the water all around. And King Namor's figure is powerful and noble at the same time. If-you-ever-want-to-get-rid-of-it-let-me-know pick!

This rocks. Really feels like the image is underwater and I LOVE all of the detailed rendering throughout the whole image. The hatching makes it seem like there's tonal work where there isn't any! Great stuff. Congrats!
