DescriptionI've never seen an original Ron Wilson Thor cover before. When I saw this, I was wowed! It's the 2nd story with Firelord!Special thanks to Spencer Beck for such a great cover! "When food may be had -- Take it!" -- Hercules Synopsis for "Lo, the Raging Battle!" On Earth, Firelord discovers a mysterious cube. When he enters, he is confronted by a gigantic ominous being. Hercules and Sif go on a quest for the Runestaff of Kamo Tharnn. Later, Firelord attacks Thor, but during the battle Firelord comes to his senses and tells him of Loki's attack on him. Mega-fantastic cover! Couldn't ask for a better cast of characters, and the black background makes them all pop. Great addition!

Ron Wilson produced some outstanding covers in the '70s for Marvel. This is stunning, love the deep black space background! Marvel Bronze Age magic!
