G.I. Joe: Serpentor - The Battle of Springfield (G.I Joe #50)

Awesome commission by longtime GI Joe artist Rod Whigham. I wanted an image that captured the Battle of Springfield from GI Joe ARAH #50. I asked Rod to do something with Serpentor and provided a list of several favorite Joes who appeared in the issue; this is what he came up with. It has a classic Marvel Comic cover vibe that is fantastic!

The Joes pictured (left to right) include: Lady Jaye, Road Block, Flint, Spirit Iron Knife, Gen. Hawk and Stalker.

Rod was the first to draw Serpentor (Issue #49) and he nailed it again here - very pleased with the final result.
