11x16.5" DC artboard has pencil original art by Luke McDonnell that has been inked by Bob Lewis. Art is for page 23 of "Suicide Squad" Vol. 1 #13, published by DC Comics May 1988. Page features 12 panels, showing brutal fistfight between the Suicide Squad's Rick Flag and Batman. Batman's fellow Justice League International teammates Martian Manhunter, Mister Miracle, Captain Atom and Green Lantern Guy Gardner look on w/Flag's teammates Bronze Tiger, Nightshade and Captain Boomerang. Of note, the fight is so violent, one of Batman's "ears" gets broken off. Top margin has stamped title and inked issue/page numbers. Top margin has very uneven trim, but this does not affect art and could be easily matted out. Bottom margin has been signed in black felt tip pen by McDonnell. Back has DC copyright inkstamp. Artboard is VG/Fine overall but art remains clean and Exc.
