Description

There aren't many runs fonder in my memories than Zeck's time with Cap.
As a Nomad fan, I especially love this issue and specifically this page, because it is really the first time we get to fully see Jack Monroe.
Prior to this page, Jack is either seen only in the Bucky costume (Young Men, Cap 153-155 etc) or in full shadow (earlier this issue).
Finally we see him as he knocks on Cap's door asking for some much needed help from his idol.
Of course he gets his butt handed to him instead, but soon Cap and Jack would become steadfast friends and later partners - before Jack goes off on his own as Nomad.
