DescriptionSimone's work on AXM was the first work of his I had seen, and was instantly captivating. (A great story didn't hurt!). It's really great therefore to have been able to cheer myself up during the lockdown and buy myself a slightly early birthday present with this brilliant example of Simone's storytelling and, simultaneously, sheer artistic and illustrative talent - he draws The Beast (IMHO) better than anyone ever has....Social/Sharing |

I liked his run on the book too. Each page was like a short story. Congrats!!

Clearly some of his best stuff imho...I LOVE the series, I LOVE the art even more. I am truly sorry I was out of comics for 10 years just prior to this run and now I'm truly happy to find those that love this art as much as I. Great pickup, that White Queen tempted me many times, even though Simone does indeed draw my favorite Beast ever! :) We all deserve a quarantine reward of such nature and sincere gratz!
