Description

Reinterpretation of the cover of Fantastic Four #1 by the talented Giorgio Comolo. I have to admit the huge rush of nostalgia that this artwork has brought me! When I was 8 or 9 years old, it was collecting Fantastic Four comic books that began it all. I started to collect back issues, because, of course you needed the entire run, and little by little I became a collector. That led me into collecting other Marvel titles, which eventually led to collecting EC comics, and then to collecting original art from all those books, and finally collecting science fiction paintings, books and pulps! But it all began with the Fantastic Four! I just smile every time I look at this!

That was a great pick up! I love his version of FF #1. Comolo is such a talented artist!
