Description
The mighty Ian Kennedy has certainly been making good use of his 2020 Lockdown time, by producing great commission pieces.

This piece was completed ‘Just for fun’, and is only the second time he has interpreted one of the Doctors.

Very much in his own style, and all the better for it.
