Blood Debt

Just picked up this stunner of a piece by John Jude Palencar. This was created as the cover art for "Blood Debt", written by Tanya Huff and published by Daw in 1997, book 5 in her "Blood" series. This amazing image was published in Spectrum 4 where it won the Gold Award in the Books category that year. It also appeared in the Feb 2000 issue of Realms of Fantasy magazine (pgs 4 & 62). Finally, it was included in "Origins: The Art of John Jude Palencar", published by Underwood Books in 2006 (pg 93).
