Art was created by DC Comics artist Greg LaRocque, best known for his work on the "Legion of Super-Heroes" and "The Flash." Art features the three founding members of the Legion - Saturn Girl, Cosmic Boy and Lightning Lad. LaRocque has signed by Lightning Lad's foot. Some lt. aging to Lightning Lad's lightning effect, but o/w displays Exc. as framed in complimentary color metal frame.
