Description
This is the VERY first story that Gil Kane and John Romita ever worked together on a comic book, and what an "AMAZING 2 issue story line we had with the VERY first time a major character DIES in the "AMAZING SPIDER-MAN" title! WOWZA! Drawn and set up as only Gil Kane could........ and inked to perfection by the great JOHN ROMITA!

Just another of so many fabulously dynamic pages in this iconic story as masterfully rendered by Kane and Romita.  Wonderful!

UN-believable!  Wow, Mike - this is not only the best page in this incredible book, but (for my money) is in the running of possibly the best Spider-Man page ever drawn, period.  Stunning!  Your tantalizingly "slow reveal" of all of the gorgeous pages in this issue has been great, wonderful fun - thanks for bringing a sense of excitement and wonder to us all on an almost daily basis! :)
