Description

This is a very nice sketch of Dick Tracy, by his creator Chester Gould. I am assuming it was originally done as a gift, or for a fan. I purchased it framed, and that photo of Mr. Gould was already placed there. Not sure if it is covering up something else, or was always intended to be that way. None the less, it is a cool piece...even if the colors are faded.
