Frenz made good money in the 80s and 90s providing both Marvel and DC solid, no gimmicks, dynamic comic book art. He wasn't trying for awards, critical praise, or a long term legacy. He provided art that did the most important thing : it made sales. Frenz drew a great Superman and a great Thor.
