DescriptionI set this up a couple of months ago because things were stressful and I wanted to treat myself.Off-Ramp is from the woefully underappreciated "Young Heroes in Love" series from DC, one of the reasons why I assert 1995-2003 was the period when DC was at its best. It was like a superhero soap opera without being overblown or too sappy. Off-Ramp was a traveler with the ability to open portals, and preferred to move around in his classic car. He was also queer and a father, with the series ending with the notion he would enter into a relationship with teammate Frostbite at some point in the future. Out of all the guys in the series he's long been the only one I've felt comfortable with the idea of commissioning heavyset artwork, so this is a first for me. I thought mozg would do a good job because of their artwork of "Overwatch's" Roadhog. They got the scar on his chin perfect. Social/Sharing |
