Description

Back in October 2016, at FACTS, and getting the approval of my boss, student ol' me rushed over to Javier Fernandez' table - not even having my books with me due to work! Almost immediately I got handed a ticket for a free quick sketch, which made me get a nice Nightwing piece.

But then I was so happy to hear that Javi still had some room left to do a proper piece. I was already debating either Nightwing or Magneto. Sometimes I think I should have gone with Nightwing, and Magneto for the quick sketch, but looking at this piece; it just emits so much.

There's so much of Magneto's power and strength in here, yet the straight angles give it so much clarity. I also feel there's some kind of pride involved, not just from me owning the piece, but also Magneto's attitude. Size is 9x12.

Come to think of it, this is my first ever proper "commission at a convention"! Wasn't my last of FACTS 2016, though. More to follow, like the amazing Miguel Sepulveda!
