Spider-Man (Black Suit) by Ramon F. Bachs

I absolutely love the "Back in Black" storyline throughout the Spider-Man series and one of the artists who was a part of this Marvel arc, was Ramon F. Bachs on "Sensational Spider-Man" #36 & 37 (vol.2).

When he came to FACTS in October 2017, I just had to ask for a black suit Spider-Man. Love how menacingly he looks, crouched in the rain on the edge of a New York City building. The white-out rain is such a nice detail. Size is around 10x14.
