DescriptionA 14x11 mixed media piece that I commissioned. I asked Brynn to capture the look and feel of Margaret Brundage's depiction of Valeria in her first appearance. (Weird Tales magazine) I asked her to dress her in her more typically depicted garb from early stories and the comic books. Brynn did a great job and contributed the first white halter top I've seen on her, where she is usually in a white vest or pullover shirt.I didn't really specify the background so Brynn came up with the Stone Throne in the mountains concept. Which I quite liked because it sort of harkens to Crom. I plan on having Brynn do a couple more for Belit, Red Sonja, and the Frost Giant's Daughter. Social/Sharing |
