Description

Somber and sullen tone as a full-figured Cap thoughtfully contemplates the Police Commissioner's pitch, "a dangerous, thankless job, which may destroy you"...a piece long coveted and admired. Exceptional use of mood lighting by Romita who penciled and inked, down to the slightest of detail....by example, see the mesh woven seat on the chair across from the Police Commissioner. Better yet, you can even see the indication of wheels on the Commissioner's chair beneath his desk. As always, Romita the consummate pro........to Jazzy Johnny, the little things mattered! Thank you Carlos for the opportunity to acquire this piece, special to me to say the least!

What an amazing quality cover title splash!!! There is only one issue better than 139... it's 138 and you have two pages with Spidey!!!! OMG!!! Huge congrats
