Doctor Who - Gridlock

I've been a Doctor Who fan for several years now, so when I got a three-piece commission focusing on everyone's favorite time lord, it was an excuse to dive headfirst into the source material. This was the first piece and took inspiration from the Tenth Doctor's adventure "Gridlock" since the client requested cats. Through trial and error I managed to create a cool movie poster format that teased the episode. Admittedly I screwed up on Martha Jones's rendering, so I retraced, inked, rendered, trimmed, and finally pasted the face overtop the mistake flawlessly. Etched on mixed media paper with copics, microns, and prismacolor, the first of three set the precedent for the project with its dimensions and format. Allon-sy!
