Description

Steed (Patrick MacNee) and Tara (Linda Thorson) also appeared in British comics, which makes their appearance here in a comic art gallery make sense. Artist William Rivera sells sketch cards on Ebay, "wowfactorbywilliam"

This image is based on an early 1970's reunion of Steed and Tara for a TV commercial, which almost lead to the two reuniting in the revival/continuation of the original series, "The New Avengers," but Steed ended up with two new teammates in the mid-1970's revival. Too bad -- Linda Thorson evolved into a fine actress, and was even more attractive in her mid-twenties than she was as a 20-year old in the original series.
