I also find the rainy effect to be excellent here
I love everything is done traditional and not with procreate. But Bryan wrote about issue 12: "Note to self. NEVER draw an entire issue where its both night-time and raining on every single page. EH-VUR."
A seemingly quiet page yet one that showcases Hitch's abundant strengths in storytelling. Great pickup!
Bryan did a great inking job on this page, especially the lights at the skyscrapers in the first panel pulled the trigger on this page. The background work is outstanding. And as a bonus I got a Batman with a cape and commissionor Gordon.
