im not really a sequential collector but I have not had a lot of options when it comes to picking up something by this artist. I admire the talent. I realize the subject manner is not for everyone but I find them playful and the artist certainly has a unique voice.
I enjoy this page. the story is fun. the only printed example I have of this page is in the scandalo! hc. in that book the story is titled just ten seconds. I won this from Urania auctions where they listed it as page 4 from the monk. I don't know. anyway the short story plays out with the female character willing to put her book down and give the gentleman suitor just seconds of her attention. I think there are 7 pages to the entire clip and I would love to try and put it together in one collection.
the book scandalo! shares an intro from the artist. she explains that the story idea came about while thinking of her relationship with her ex husband. I guess his attention shown to her was rare and very quick.
