New Teen Titans #26 p 19

NTT #26 was a milestone issue in that it tackled a serious social issue, teen runaways, in a super hero comic, and it also featured the debut of Terra. I remember reading this page as a youth and marveling at the way Perez drew the people on the boat. I think the page also marks the debut of mobster Anthony Scrapelli who would go on to be featured in other NTT issues of the Wolfman/Perez run.

George signed this on his farewell tour a couple years ago, and I was able to tell him in person what the story meant to me.
