Top 10 #10 p9 (Ultima arrives) - First appearance the Maid (from the 49ers series)

Commissioner Ultima, described as a giga-intellect in issue #9, arrives to the precinct to get Xenite, a potent drug. She arrives at the Number Ten precinct using her own power, thereby bypassing the Transworld Station everyone else has to use. A top-notch bad-ass.

This page is also nice because it ties into the Forty Niner's, the mural on the wall, an homage to Jack Kirby, depicts the classic heroes of that universe (The Maid, The Black Rider, Rocket Ryan).

I guess this is the first appearance of the Maid (a Joan of Arc character) from the 49ers spinoff.
