This is a wonderful cover by an artist who died far too young. Looking at this gives me the sensation that I'm looking into a box, because the angles at which he drew the walls. It looks like I'm looking at a three dimensional object rather than a two dimensional piece of paper. Having Batman & Catwoman surrounded with their backs up against the wall and the camera shooting the scene from above like that really makes for a spectacular composition. Well done, Vik!
Great action cover! And isn't it fun having those title stats? I love that Batman and Catwoman's shadows don't match their current battle poses. It's like the shadows are from the moment right before the battle started, and now they are watching the action unfold.

The only other animated show that competes with the X-Men cartoon for me is BTAS! It's still increadible to this day and I love that this cover captures the magic of the series! Congrats!
