Description

This page screams Anguish and Despair....rendered beautifully by both Khoi Pham and Danny Miki.

You don't see many interior pages that are all black like this. Really draws you in to the center figure.

Khoi drew the perfect pose...having Sentry cover up his face with a single tear drop falling down...perfect touch. You get that much closer to feeling Sentry's pain.

I was motivated by my CAF buddy (Johnny McCloskey) who reminded me that Comic Art is a wonderful visual medium that often inspires and speaks to us as well...making the art even more personal.

Very effective indeed. The pose against the black...an emotive splash for sure. Really nice example. Congrats!
