Faith Swank Burrows (love her name!) was a jazz age cartoonist who helped popularize the "flapper" look and lifestyle.

The caption for this one (from Christmas of 1930!) was "When the roll is called on Christmas, everyone answers 'present.'"

Art is 3 and a half by six and a half inches.
