Description
Inspector Henderson and Black Lightning deal with the villain Anihilist as he holds a hostage.

Love this early work from Trevor Von Eeden who was only 16-17 years old when he penciled this issue from DC's first solo title to feature an African-American hero. Vince Colletta doesn't get a lot of love from fans but I actually like his fine-pointed inking style here.
