Description
A cliffhanger that was engraved in my memory as a teenager. I have been looking for a page from Romita Jr and Layton's dynamic run on Shellhead for years, and I am happy to report that this quest is finally over. I just love the storytelling of that page - and that it is part of the classic "Devil in the bottle" storyline is the cherry on the cake. Many thanks to David for passing that baby over to me.

I tried to make a deal for a JRJR Ironman page, but the deal fell through.  It was crazy how much these pages are being quoted for.  Congratulations on closing your deal.  These are fine examples of a memorable comics event.

Wait... three measures of Gordon's; one of vodka; half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake it over ice, and add a thin slice of lemon peel.

For me the 4rth panel makes the page. Then again the 6th is not bad either ;)

KRAKKACLE! Now that is an onomatopoeic first. Great page! I loved their run on Iron Man, and what a key arc this is from. It really defined Tony going forward. Great score. Congrats!

Congrats on checking the Iron Man JRJR box in a big way, Peter!  Love the flow from top to bottom and every panel's got something to see.  Great energy and you also got the last page teaser?!  This one's got it all, as they say :)

Great Artist who IMHO were in their prime in 1979, and a great "Demon In A Bottle" era page.

Fantastic JrJr Iron Man page! Love the top second panel as Iron Man breaks out of the ice he's encased in. Fantastic action!

Best-Iron-Man-artistic-team-ever.  My opinion, hands-down.  Congratulations on owning this beauty.  Panel three is worth the price of admission.
