That's some nice oil mixing on the palette. They clash to create conflict and interest to leave an impression.

Although the model is clearly from present day, the color palette and lighting evoke a look and feel of the 1930's. Nice!
Brian Haberlin has come such a long way- from his time digitally coloring image comics in its early days. Feels as if it was a pulp cover painting by Patrick Nagel. Incredible stuff! Congrats.
