Be careful where you get your loans from to buy artwork. Risso is bringing some down to earth criminal workings onto the comic page in the tradition of Gould, Eisner, and Miller. The stark contrast in black and white and how the light on this lot only reveals more hideousness inside and out can really tell you what lurks beneath the surface of civility.
