Description

This. This is one of the many reasons (we all) love DWJ's work. Doing something like this as a massive double page spread, the amount of detail on the rendering of the ship, keeping the odd forced perspective for cutaways, and the thought put into the actual layout of Skuttlebutt, not to mention the easter eggs hidden in some rooms (like some familiar characters and creators!) really is amazing to see. I'll try to post some more up-close shots to highlight some.

This DPS was the deciding factor for me in this purchase. Really happy to have it!

Amazing cross section of the ship. It is akin to many of the classic Batcave tours, the Baxter building tours, and the books of Stephen Biesty's Incredible Cross Sections.

This feels like the comic version of a Richard Scarry drawing that you can spend tons of time staring at and looking at all the fun little things. Really nice and packed with all sorts of DWJ awesomeness! Huge congrats!

Wow! Man, DWJ did it UP with this spread. Skuttlebutt never looked so good :) Must be fun for you to pore over all the details and story beats throughout. I missed on 2 pieces on the Felix drop - we'll see if I can pick one up later...some way...some how ;) Congrats!
