Published in 1988, Todd was really in his Spidey Prime and this artwork is

Panel 1 - Spidey (in that classic McFarlane profile) sees Shrike flying away
Panel 2 - Spidey climbs the wall - look at his twisted hands
Panel 3 - Spidey gets his camera off the wall
Panel 4 - Puts the film into his belt, look at the little spidey logo on there.
Panel 5 - webslings away

Signed by McFarlane on bottom right.
