Page 4 of "Welcome home Ebony", 12th of May 1946. Beautiful inked 75 year old page with a funny gag and the Spirit at work in the first panel.

Original page out of one of the many great 7-page episodes. „The Spirit“ appeared as a weekly Sunday supplement from 1940 to 1952 and reached its artistic peak in the late 1940s.

Characters in the page: Spirit, Ebony, Blubber, Ampy Watts, Killer Kong and other outlaws.
