Description

My buddy Carl loved TMNT and I think if he lived in their world he would have been some version of Casey Jones! I only planned to get the 4 Turtles this year for the Cranboyz 2021 theme, Turtles, Bats, Apes and Snakes but in the back of my head, I kept thinking about Casey. When I saw Andy Bennett at Gem City 2021 he delivered an awesome looking Casey, a little rough looking with all kinds of weapons to deal out some street justice!
