Description
This piece is an unused cover for Epic Illustrated. An absolutely beautiful piece of art. Completed in 1981. The body language is reminiscent of an Elric painting Tim did a few years earlier. The character could be a new version of Elric mustering a spell. . .but, it is called The Wizard per Tim Conrad.

The figures look like they are carved marble.  The setting is stretching imagination to new dimensions.
