DescriptionThis is a page from my first issue of GI Joe. I can still remember discovering it on an old spinner rack at my local pharmacy. I had no idea that comics could be so outstanding until I discovered this issue. Weaverville Drug Company also offered a "hold" list where I would never miss a copy of A Real American Hero. It was a great time to be a kid and comic fan. I so miss the time when comics were made for everyone and not just collectors.Social/Sharing |

Awesome stuff! The old chevy and surfboards added incredible depth to the characters to give us more reason to root for them. Hama is great at it!
