Description

The unpublished first page of Green Arrow #81, Jim's first issue of his run on the title. Editor Scott Peterson requested that Jim draw only the villian w/o background or other settings for the splash page.

I think that this unpublished version sets the stage better, but what do I know...I'm not a comic book editor.

Nice to see the pencils, though, w/o the Fernandez inking.
