Description

I really love sci-fi ship design, this is a design of particular favor and from a film that had some incredible design work from Jean Moebius Giraud and Jean-Claude M�zi�res.

Recreated in wonderful detail by Matt Ferguson. Used as the basis for a screenprint

Done for his show "Distant Lands' in 2015 at Bottleneck Gallery.

These ships are more organic in design and reflect the culture of their people. They may not look as sleek and what we see as high tech, but their approach to problems and solutions have yielded a spacecraft nonetheless.
